Personality & Quirks:
Muffin is a sweet, affectionate girl who loves being close to her people.
She is described as very lovely, gentle and obedient, with a real desire for attention and companionship. When she is allowed inside during rainy weather, she settles happily in a designated spot and can remain content there for hours. She enjoys being part of family life.
Compatibility:
Muffin has lived alongside other dogs, including a female English Bulldog and a male Yorkie. Recently, however, she and the female Bulldog have started fighting, which has meant they need to be separated. She has been good with children and there have been no reported aggression incidents towards them. Her behaviour with cats is unknown, so this would need to be considered carefully.
Daily Life & Favourite Things:
Muffin enjoys attention and being around her people, and she is happiest when she can spend time close to the family. She especially enjoys swimming, giving her a lovely outlet for activity and enjoyment. She does not currently walk well on lead and has not had formal training, but she is described as obedient. She usually sleeps both indoors and outdoors.
Ideal Home:
Muffin would benefit from a loving home where she can receive plenty of attention and feel included in everyday family life. Given the recent conflict with the female Bulldog, her future home should be carefully considered around other dogs, with introductions and compatibility being important. A patient family willing to give her affection, routine and guidance could help her settle beautifully.
Muffin is a dog who has so much love and companionship to offer. Her sweet nature, affectionate personality and enjoyment of simply being near her people make her a special girl to get to know. With the right home and a thoughtful approach to her relationships with other dogs, she has every opportunity to enjoy a happy, peaceful future surrounded by the people she loves.
