Looking for a devoted best friend? Maximus is ready to give you his paw—and his heart!

Personality & Energy:
Maximus is a clever, confident and very affectionate 5-year-old Labrador who still has a big dose of puppy-like enthusiasm! He’s lively and playful, loves being around people, and is especially gentle with children. Whether he’s showing off his high five before meals or just soaking up love from his humans, Maximus shines when he’s part of the action.

Family Fit:
He’s grown up with a young child and is a great family dog, particularly for a home that can give him the attention he craves. He’s housetrained, used to sleeping indoors, and responds well to conversation and direction—he truly listens when you talk!

Other Pets:
Maximus hasn’t lived with other dogs or cats, so introductions would need to be done gradually. There’s no known aggression, but he’s been the only pet in his current home, so a calm, structured intro would be best if you're looking to expand your pack.

Daily Life & Needs:
Maximus will do beautifully in a home where he’s not left alone for long hours, and where he can continue to be involved in daily routines. He’s not currently leash-trained, but with his love for attention and learning, he’ll pick it up quickly with the right support. He sleeps indoors and enjoys being close to his people.

If you’re looking for a loyal, interactive, and intelligent companion, Maximus could be your perfect match. He’s ready to bring joy, warmth, and a few good laughs into a home that will love him as much as he loves back.

Reach out to meet Maximus and welcome this wonderful boy into your life!
