Pearl – Gentle, Affectionate, and Bonded with Zorro
Pearl is a 10-year-old female Yellow/Gold Labrador with a loving personality and gentle nature. She’s a purebred Lab who’s been with her current family since she was a pup, and she is bonded to her lifelong companion, Zorro. These two are looking for a new forever home together as their family is relocating overseas.
Sweet, Loyal, and Family-Friendly
Pearl is a gentle soul who loves playing fetch and being around her people. She’s affectionate and calm, happy to just be close to you. While she’s now a senior, she still enjoys fun and games and is particularly good with children, having grown up in a home with kids.
Well-Socialised and Adaptable
Pearl is good with other dogs and has shown no signs of aggression. She enjoys car rides, loves swimming, and is leash trained. She currently sleeps outdoors with Zorro, but with love and patience, she will adapt easily to indoor living. She is not housetrained but is eager to please and learns quickly.
Healthy and Cared For
Pearl is vaccinated and sterilised, and while she is not registered with a kennel club, she is microchipped and up to date with her health checks. She has one minor condition – a seasonal ulcer on her ears that clears up in winter – but otherwise she is in excellent health. Her vet booklet and contact details are available.

Pearl and Zorro have spent their lives together and are deeply bonded. They are currently based in Lynnwood Ridge, Pretoria, and need to be adopted together. They’re seeking a loving, stable home where they can enjoy their golden years side by side.
